Rental Terms, Conditions and “Practicalities”
  • Bookings confirmed on receipt of £75 deposit per week. The full balance is payable 6 weeks before departure.
  • In event of cancellation, we would seek to adopt a pragmatic attitude. ie….If we can re-let, then the full balance will be refunded, if not we would ask that you claim through your insurance.
  • Keys can be provided either in the UK or from our British agents in Fuerteventura after the full balance has been paid.
  • Assistance . We have made arrangements for a 24-hour emergency line to be available to you in Fuerteventura with our agents. They have lived there for some time and can quickly assist from a plumbing problem to a medical problem. (Details below)
  • Cleaning takes place weekly to include all laundry (Bedding and towels). Our agent will arrange further cleaning on request (at a charge)
  • Our agent will undertake airport transfer, and “Settling in” (arrival and / or departure) on request. This is subject to a separate charge – payable to our agent). A taxi should cost no more than €15.00
  • Damage – will occur from time to time. Please either let our agents know or replace items. If you find something broken already, please also advise us as soon as possible
We do provide ---- we don’t provide
  • A washing machine….should you so wish, you can make a start on that chore before you leave. We don’t provide washing powder. You may wish to bring some of those Persil tablets.
  • We do provide a clothes rack to dry things off
  • We do provide iron and ironing board to help the ladies feel at home
  • We don’t provide a hair dryer (got tired of replacing them)
  • We do provide toilet rolls for arrival – we don’t top up
  • We do provide all bedding, towels and tea towels. We don’t provide your beach towels.
  • We do provide dishcloths and washing up brushes. We don’t provide fairy liquid, or hand wash for the bathrooms
  • We do provide a large bottle of water and milk for your arrival. We don’t provide Nescafe or PG Tips.
  • We do provide all outside chairs and sunbeds. We provide cushions for the chairs but not for the beds.
