Our Apartments
Amuley Mar 1 is a high quality holiday complex finished in 2005 comprising of privately owned two and three bedroom apartments / houses, surrounding a shared heated swimming pool. It is only 250 yards from the sea and an easy flat path, which leads to the harbour, the town and the beach. (5 minutes walk max)
Location
Our house, and the whole complex is new – and therefore not yet on local maps. It is positioned immediately adjacent to the “Elba Castillo San Jorge”
Ground Floor
Access to all the properties is through a locked security gate leading to the front door. This opens into the furnished lounge and which includes seating for 6 people, a wall unit, television and DVD Player

Ground floor WC
Fully fitted kitchen including full size electric cooker, washing machine, and fridge freezer. There is also a dining table for 6 people.
Private Terrace, with appropriate chairs and sun-loungers. This additionally leads to the swimming pool.
First Floor
Master bedroom (double bed) with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. A lockbox for valuables / passports etc is enclosed within the master bedroom wardrobe.
Second bedroom, (two single beds), fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. A small balcony overlooking the pool.
Bathroom, fully tiled, with usual fitments including bath / shower, bidet and shower.
Lower Ground
- Third bedroom, (two single beds) wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets
- Shower-room, fully tiled, with usual fitments.
- Garage and storeroom.
